Machine operator for film production (f/m/d)
We produce plastic films for a wide variety of applications in small teams with currently five people working in 3 shifts.
As a machine operator, you will learn how to produce these flat films and at the same time have the opportunity to train as a plastic molder. During your learning phase, our colleagues will support you with all their expertise.
At the end, you will be able to independently carry out and monitor the entire production process, from setting up and operating the equipment to quality control.
What you bring.
- You have a desire to learn new things and become a leader in plastics processing.
- You are passionate about tinkering and getting involved where your help is needed.
- You have a sense of context and possess manual dexterity.
- You feel comfortable working in a small team.
- You have sufficient knowledge of German - comparable to level B1

In return for your commitment and dedication, you will receive a starting salary of € 14.50 gross plus shift allowances. This corresponds to a monthly gross of € 2,600 on average. As you develop and gain experience, your salary will increase significantly.
